Useful café language: Eu queria um café (I would like a coffee), Para mim (for me), A conta, por favor (the bill, please). Queria is a polite imperfect form commonly used for requests.
Brazilian café often means a small black coffee. café com leite is coffee with milk; suco is juice; água sem gás is still water.
Use sem for “without” and com for “with”: sem açúcar, com gelo.
